What is sintering:
Sintering process is a comprehensive process of many physical and chemical changes. This process is not only complicated, but also rapidly changing. In a few minutes or even seconds, the sintered material is heated from below 70 ℃ to 1200 ~ 1400 ℃ due to strong heat exchange. At the same time, it also changes from solid to liquid, and then the liquid is rapidly cooled and solidified. These physical and chemical changes include:
(1) Fuel combustion and heat exchange;
(2) Evaporation and condensation of water;
(3) Decomposition of carbonate, volatilization of volatile in fuel;
(4) Oxidation, reduction and decomposition of iron minerals;
(5) Oxidation and removal of sulfide;
(6) Solid phase reaction and liquid phase formation;
